KYC documents — which may include government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at any stage, and are required before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
pkr68 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your Account balance in PKR. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pkr68 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms set out the baseline rules that apply to all promotions; where a specific promotion's terms are more restrictive or more permissive on a particular point, the promotion-specific terms govern that point.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. pkr68 reserves the right to exclude specific players or player groups from individual promotions at its discretion. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who are currently under self-exclusion or account restriction. Real Money Balance is always used before Bonus Funds unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

In summary, pkr68 collects personal information for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance under its gaming license obligations, and service communication. pkr68 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. pkr68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pkr68 will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) calendar days via the registered email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr68 holds its international gaming license. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
